Oxfordshire Artweeks Exhibitions

May 15 @ 9:30 am - June 2 @ 4:00 pm

We are so pleased to have two local artists exhibiting in the Museum as part of this years Oxfordshire Artweeks.

Lin Kerr uses oil paints to create her beautiful artwork, exploring mood in contemporary landscapes. She paints still-life in a variety of sizes of everyday functional objects, working from life.

Lin also teaches at Ardington School of Crafts, Oxford Summer School and in her studio.

She is also exhibiting at Site No. 407 in Aston Tirrold.

Catriona Brodribb has a passion for printmaking which she learnt at the Ruskin School of Art in the 1970’s.

Her show will feature screen-prints, woodcuts & etchings.

Much of her recent work results from drawings made in the Downland landscape.

Meet the Artists

Both Lin Kerr & Catriona Brodribb will be in the Museum on Thursday 24th May 10am - 3pm demonstrating some of their skills. Come along to see how they create their artwork and ask them questions.
