Debate training in a relaxed setting with staff from the museum. This group will meet to work on their debating skills with Zara Shoosmith (experienced debater) and Mel Rowntree (Learning and Access Officer at the museum). The debate will be:
Proposition - Elizabeth I was right to sign the death warrant of Mary Queen of Scots on 1st February 1587.
Opposition - Elizabeth I was wrong to sign the death warrant of Mary Queen of Scots on 1st February 1587.
This debate group is free to attend for young adults in years 10, 11, 12 & 13 only.
