From Fossils to Formula One Celebrating 60 years since the start of the Museums collections with an exhibition of 60 weird and wonderful items from the Museum collection that you may have never seen before. 8 June – 21 July. Free admission but donations welcome.
An Evening with Wantage Quartet As part of the Wantage Summer Arts Festival the Wantage Quartet are performing an evening concert in the Museum. Sat 2nd June 7.30pm. Tickets £10 from the Museum.
Murder Mystery & Intrigue! The Friends of the Vale & Downland Museum are hosting an evening of Wine, Cheese, Murder & Mystery. Friday 8th June 7pm. This event is now SOLD OUT there will be no tickets available on the door.

Drawing Mania! Now a regular feature at the Museum, All ages welcome. We’ll provide the materials & give free guidance to help you draw something from the Museums collections. First Saturday of the month 10.30am – 11.30am.

Wantage Country Market Every Friday morning 9.30am – 10.45am the ladies from Wantage WI run their market in the Museum Cafe. They sell homemade cakes, desserts, jams, chutneys and lots more. Free admission.
